2026 Winncare Employee Survey : 100% of metrics are up!

🌟 The results of our 2026 employee satisfaction survey are in: 88% of our employees say Winncare is a great place to work! 📈 

And that’s not all: 100% of the survey indicators are up on last year. 

A huge thank you to our 746 respondents in France, the UK, Denmark, Spain, Poland and Tunisia. Their participation, with a record response rate of 88%, reflects a company culture built on trust and transparency. 

Three figures make us especially proud:
