COVID-19 Precautionary measures

Winncare Nordic / COVID-19

Corona virus (COVID-19) is spreading in Denmark and in the rest of the world. At Winncare Nordic, we are continuously monitoring the situation and taking due note of the recommendations issued by the authorities in that regard.

Mounting/installations & service- and customer visits

As we operate primarily in the healthcare sector, including nursing homes and hospitals, we fully understand and respect both the government’s and individual department’s decision to minimize / decline visits from outside – including from our installing & service crew and consultants.
When it comes to clients without visiting restrictions, we have implemented procedures that will allow us to continue servicing our clients, offering them the same level of service that they are used to receiving from us.

Other employees/administration

Responding to the official request from Danish authorities that wherever possible, private enterprises allow and enable employees to work from home, we have decided to have the most possible members of our staff work from home if possible.

We are still available during our regular business hours:
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday: 8.00-16.00
Friday: 8.00-15.30

Visits at Winncare Nordic’s address

All planned in-house meetings have been rescheduled or will be held by phone or online. Carriers are still able to deliver and pick up goods from our address. All visitors are required to practice personal protective measures (ideally separation of at least 2 metres and not shaking hands) At Winncare Nordic, we will do what we can to reduce the rate of infections. That is why we are heeding the Government’s recommendations and restrictions. Additionally, we have regularly issued instructions to our employees that they take all necessary and appropriate precautions as per the authorities’ recommendations.

Best regards,
Morten Kristensen CEO,
Winncare Nordic
