Diversity and Inclusion at Winncare

In observance of the International Day of Persons with Disabilities (December 3rd), and in the spirit of Diversity and Inclusion (D&I) we would like to share a few of our Company’s efforts and initiatives aimed towards fostering a more diverse and inclusive work environment for all members of society.

DuoDay

For those who may have missed one of our recent posts, for the second consecutive year, we had the pleasure of participating in DuoDay, an initiative for companies to host persons with disabilities for a day of apprenticeship to discover professions of interest. Our Winncare production site at Saint-Paul-Mont-Penit was delighted to host Lilia to engage in a fruitful learning experience as an operator. To date:
  • 5% of Winncare Groupe employees report that they have a disability ( +.8% from 2023).
  • 24% of managers have engaged in trainings to become handimanagement certified to foster a work environment that is integrative of persons with disabilities.
